Ive tried others and this is the best flying app hands down. Loaded with features for flight planning and in flight decision making. Only one request. Add a timer feature.

An annual subscription is convenient, however the app should ask to confirm a renewed subscription before charging the user.

Folks at ForeFlight have world-class customer support. Even on a weekend Ive had questions answered in minutes. Great product with frequent updates based on user input. Simply THE best product in its class!

This is a fine and useful app. However, many users have requested for over a year that they provide support for Lynx L3 as they do for Stratus. Our request seems to fall on deaf ears. Very disappointed with ForeFlights lack of interest in our need for the service.

Amazing app for the pilots. It is a must to have it. Foreflight really makes easier your flight.

I have used Foreflight for over two years in my C-182 and a friends C-180 and C-185 on amphibs in the western US and Canada. It is very easy to use, and is incredibly powerful. Im not the first person to call it a "portable glass cockpit" but that is truly how useful it is. I highly recommend this product.

We use ForeFlight in two long range corporate jets. Not only for the navigation portion of the app, but more important, the safety aspect. Our non-flying pilot has the taxi chart open before brake release. He follows up with all hot spot locations and has volume up for runway crossings. Foreflight announces runway environment, NFP verifies the flying pilot is aware. FP answers. Ive flown for over 35 years, this one element of ForeFlight is one of the single most advances in safety in a cockpit. And 10 times more valuable in a single cockpit environment. Ease of use, and ADS-B with Stratus2 make this app far superior. And again, safety, as a backup panel if both of ours fail. I cant wait for 8!

I bought this program about a month ago thinking that I would be able to use and ADSP with it. So I bought in ADS-B receiver but come to find out it is incompatible with Foreflight and it looks like Ill have to buy something like wing X pro. I wish for Foreflight would have advertised this, now Im stuck with wasting $200 for nothing.

I hate rewriting reviews every time a new version comes out. Ive reviewed ForeFlight before so Ill keep this simple. I use Fireflight and I love it. I use it before, during, and after every flight. I use it almost exclusively for weather, weight and balance, planning, in flight maps, approach plates, synthetic vision, and logging. This is one of those killer apps that was so awesome that it brought me back to aviation in 2012 after many years off.

Ive used Foreflight in my plane for the last several years. I tried Garmin Pro, but felt it wasnt as user friendly as Forefight. The support staff at Forefight is truly amazing. If I have a question such as how do I find density altitude in Metars, I just email them and they reply in short order. Strong kudos to the support staff at Foreflight!

No objective pilot can claim this is anything other than spectacular. I really think it has improved GA safety.

I dont write review for any app but this app is the best. You can trust 100 percent. Dont know what to tell... Shows cheap fuel, shows diagram, shows weather, shows communication, shows everything you need........ Thank you very much.

Great app. Constant updates. You can email them anytime with questions or issues. No need for a bag of plates....ect I use the app GPS and weather with stratus every flight ....! Its the BEST!!

I had high hopes for their "data-driven maps" but, frankly, theyre completely useless. (Im a heavy IFR and VFR pilot in congested airspace.) Its not remotely a replacement for a sectional. It could possibly replace an NOAA IFR chart, but that is hardly saying much - IFR charts are not very useful in modern IFR flying. Two examples of how its not useful: 1. It doesnt show altitudes of classes B, C or D, let alone any special use airspace; 2. It doesnt take advantage of the high resolution screens, and draws everything in heavy bold lines (except, of course, the airways that we dont really need). On top of that, there is no "trial" feature and I have no idea if they will refund my money and put me back to my old "Pro non-plus" plan.

The international mapping data in version 8 appears to work very well. This is a big improvement.

Foreflight is without question the best all-around aviation app available. Continual improvement, responsive to suggestions, and the most useable/relevant data available in one location. Enroute/airport charts, frequencies, altitudes, weather, A/FD, regs, GPS, RAAS, and so much more! This app is worth every penny.

For anyone who has spent hours plotting a route, spinning the winds, doing reverse ICE-T problems, pulling and plotting NOTAMs, reviewing weather, checking weight and balance, and looking over a destination airport stats before a cross-country flight...you will truly appreciate ForeFlight! It does all that for you and so much more. And that is before you fly! Inflight ForeFlight uses rich graphics to display where you are and truly anticipates your next move and has everything you need at the ready. And that is just the start...synthetic vision brings so much capability to the general aviation pilot. Excellent job, ForeFlight.

Both flight crew members ForeFlight updated to version eight. Both crew members ForeFlight app would not stay open while in route. Wish I had the option to upgrade manually. Did not want to upgrade before flight. It seemed to upgrade automatically. It has been several hours since contacting support. Support has not contacted us back about how to fix this issue before our next flight. Looks like Ill have to go buy paper charts for a while.

Love the new map software but the up charge is a little on the ridiculous side, much improved map no doubt, but I dont see the reason for the price increase, $199.00!!
