Best thing that ever happen in aviation. Extremely accurate, pleasure to use in the flight planning room as well as in the cockpit. Never had better experience with the staff that are quick to respond to any question.

I fly a Cirrus and one of the things I love about the company is continuous innovation and improvement driven by pilot feedback. The Foreflight team exemplifies this concept. Always at the leading edge and pushing the technology forward. Everything always works. No glitches, bugs, or hiccups which us pilots totally appreciate. Great app!!!

Ive been using ForeFlight for a couple of years now. Dont know what Id do without it. They regularly publish updates with significant new features and their tech support is second to none. I run ForeFlight on both my iPad and my iPhone. The only paper chart I carry in the plane is a WAC which I’ve never had to use. I just started using the new logbook feature and have submitted a couple of enhancement suggestions. In the past, such suggestions become features fairly quickly. When I purchased the software initially, I compared demo versions of ForeFlight and WingX. It was not a straightforward choice because both apps had desirable features not found on the other. I decided to go with ForeFlight because they were the more established company. Within the first year, the “WingX only” features I liked had been included in ForeFlight..

The customer service with the logbook feature has been outstanding. Foreflight is a program I can’t live without!

I am in the process of planning a large young eagle rally. To keep all pilots on the same page asked foreflight if it was possible to print from maps. Answer, no, BUT, they explained how to capture the route by taking a picture of maps and sending to myself via email. Worked, these folks are the best. I just had great follow up on questions I had about upgrading my subscription as I just purchased the Stratus 2S. The support team got right back to me on several issues and even some off point comments about Stratus ESG.

We emailed foreflight with a problem that we couldnt resolve with our pea brains. The answer was very prompt and useable. Sometimes help comes in the form of a computer guru to fix. Close to ideal, especially when paired with a GPS receiver on the iPad. This app has everything a pilot needs and then some. Im still learning to use all the features: synthetic vision, full flight briefings, fuel prices, flight log going and 3-D graphics, and everything intuitively laid out as suits an iOS app. Just one thing I dont understand: in aviation we dont use the term "maps." We call them "charts." Why this app continues to use the term "maps" is beyond me. But thats truly picking at nits!

Ive been using ForeFlight for many years and the product & support just keeps on getting better.. Its a very helpful tool when aviating around the country side and if and when support is needed, you can always count on the team ForeFlight !! Just signed up for another year of excitement .. Foreflight makes flying almost too easy and the tech support is stellar.

Really excited about the new logbook photos feature! Great update ForeFlight. The added options for ADSB are welcomed!

I have used Foreflight for a few years now and love the app. I cannot imagine flying without it. However the new log book function is not ready for prime time. The log book is very basic and does not offer much compared to other dedicated log book apps. The app crashes continuously when trying to use the log book and when successful it still will not update my currencies correctly. Im sure Foreflight will get this fixed in future updates.

This is the best GA app on the market. The chart updates are always free and on time. I recommend buying the pro subscription if you have a GPS in your device. If you have the WiFi only device, then the pro isnt for you because the extra features are GPS dependent. I will be buying a GPS enabled IPAD mini and upgrading my subscription. Its an amazing app that is completely worth the money!

This app is the Best! As a G-IV driver, I use it to plot routes and track wx along my route. The features this offers are too numerous to list. Cant imagine flying without it!

With the newest update, the Lynx NGT-9000 is locked out. Dont understand why they would forfeit an app purchase with yearly renewal revenue to spite users of this fantastic transponder. I switched to FltPlan Go. Its free and works flawlessly with the Lynx. Too bad for Foreflight, they lost me as a customer, one that has been using the app for over 7 years.

Foreflight is lacking support of many adsb-b receivers. The Stratus is a great product, yet when someone changes airplane all the time and each owner has made its own choice of ADSB receiver, then yo use the ADSB receiver of the plane you have to drop foreflight for another app :( too bad since foreflight is the easiest to use, but cannot use it to teach pilots where their own equipment does not communicate with Foreflight.

I reluctantly purchased the app and within the first 4 days it has proven its worth. Nobody enjoys flying in convective weather but when you have a radar that is more powerful than whats onboard your aircraft, it gives you peace of mind knowing you have chosen the best route. There is nothing better than ForeFlight!

I use the app for every flight. I thoroughly love the ability to mark up approach plates or airport diagrams. Especially when there are odd notams or lengthy taxi clearances. You can draw the clearance right on the plates, or mark the closed taxiways in red. Thanks!

Kudos to Team Foreflight, espcially team member Barry. To begin using the Foreflight logbook module, I created an Excel spreadsheet of all my flying, including PIC time by aircraft type. I inquired team Foreflight as to the next step. Barry converted my Excel spreadsheet to a comma delimited file and returned it to me for import into Foreflight. The import worked perfectly. Foreflight is an incredible product with an outstanding support team. Special thanks to Barry for his help with this.
